So I am pondering on whether or not to take on the challenge of creating my first ever drawing tutorial. I know a few people have mentioned that they like how I portray armor and weapons. Well, what do you all think? Should I create several tutorials for drawing weapons and armor?

Artist | Hobbyist | Traditional Art
United States
31 year old, self-taught artist. I love to read, write books, sketch, draw illustrations, mess with digital art, take pictures, play with swords, design table top rpgs from scratch and play music.

I currently live on Whidbey Island in Washington State. It's a very beautiful island here. I am currently finishing up college so I can earn my Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) Degree as well as my CAD certificate, certifying me in all of the major CAD software (Auto CAD, CATIA v5, Solidworks, and Master CAM).

When I am not busy with school or work I love to play with my Wii and XBOX 360, or role play with my friends. I love most food especially Chinese and Japanese cuisine.

I am part of the Furry Fandom though I am mostly part of it due to drawing anthropomorphic art and building stage props and fursuits when I have time and money. Outside of that, I am a fun guy that just likes to relax and hang with people. Oh and I love chess too.

I've always loved the Medieval and Japanese culture and with it the warfare that revolves around the day to day life. I have a lot of research photos and I love to read fiction in those periods. As for drawing swords, most of it comes from using some of them in real life and using a good ruler for straight lines. Armor just takes practice and stepping back to remember what needs protected and how will someone actually move in the armor. There is real armor and there is fantasy armor. Sorry, I can blather a lot on these topics.

I don't feel I have a place to belong....a purpose in life... or anything that is grand, fantastic or amazing... I am just who I am... I don't judge...so don't judge me..but know that I am very internal... when it comes to my own personal life....
